The Hospitality Host ensures that the suite is fully prepared, that catered food and beverages arrive seamlessly, that supplies remain stocked, and all facility-related questions or needs of the suite guests are addressed promptly and professionally.

-
Guest Relations & Concierge Service: Enthusiastically welcome suite ticket-holders upon arrival, review the suite layout/amenities with them, and maintain a highly attentive, visible presence to assist them throughout the game.
-
Facility & Tech Troubleshooting: Serve as the first line of response for any guest inquiries regarding the facility. This includes managing suite climate controls, operating televisions/audio feeds of the game, locating restrooms, and coordinating with stadium maintenance or security if an issue arises.
-
Suite Presentation & Maintenance: Ensure the suite is pristine, organized, and welcoming before gates open. Maintain cleanliness during the game by clearing trash and empty plates, and perform a basic post-game sweep once guests depart.
Required Skills & Qualifications

-
Problem-Solving Prowess: Ability to think on your feet and calmly resolve issues—such as missing catering orders, broken electronics, or facility questions—under tight time constraints.
-
Professional Appearance: Must maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance, adhering strictly to the athletic department's dress code (e.g., school polo and khakis).
-
Requirements: Must be available for weekend and evening football game schedules (typically arriving 2 hours prior to kickoff) and pass a standard school district background check.
