Position Description:
The individual accepting this temporary extra duty position will act as Assistant Track Coach for Sand Springs Public Schools for the 2025-2026 School Year.

Bobby Klinck, Asst. Athletic Director
Ryan Bivin, Building Administrator
The Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to,
assisting with all aspects of a comprehensive 9-12th grade program, including;
a). Practice and event day management and Coaching,
b). media and public relations,
c). fiscal management of the program budget,
d). and other responsibilities assigned by the Head Coach and/or Athletic Director.
Successful candidates must possess excellent organizational skills, aid in maintaining and directing the booster club, interact effectively and appropriately with student-athletes, assist in maintaining student-athletes' academic integrity, and demonstrate a commitment to Sand Springs Schools as OSSAA regarding rules and regulations.
Special Requirements: (Certification, training, special skills, or previous experience)
1. First aid card.
2. Previous coaching experience or more is preferred.
3. Bilingual applicants are desired but not required.
4. Must demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
