Supervises: HR Administrative Assistant, HR Support Specialist, District Receptionist, Principals, Director of Child Nutrition, and other personnel as assigned.

 

Job Description:
The Cabinet-level Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources provides executive-level leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of the District’s personnel functions. This position oversees all major HR functions, including employee services, talent management, performance management, labor relations, employee relations, and compliance. As a member of the Superintendent’s Cabinet, this employee will work collaboratively with district leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies that attract, support, and retain a high-quality workforce.
